Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing is the time it takes for your order to be made and packaged. Shipping is how long it's estimated for your order to be delivered to you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

All purchases are final.

Due to sanitation reasons, we do not accept opened packages for an exchange.

 

If my product arrives damaged, what should I do?

What method is used for shipping?

Currently, we use USPS and FedEx to ship all our products as this provides the best value for our customers while also allowing our temperature sensitive products to arrive in the intended state.

 

I entered the wrong address can I change it?

We are very sorry, but we can’t issue a refund for an incorrect shipping address that was entered at checkout.

 

My butter is melted what can I do?

while we know that melted body butter is a bummer it still contains all the skin loving properties. Our body butters can be put in the refrigerator and they will solidify again. If melted butter is a dealbreaker please select one day shipping so that the butter will spend less time in the extreme temperature.
